7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a document purchased from Legal Tank, tell us within 7 days of your purchase date. We will rework the document at no extra cost until it meets the requirements you gave us, no questions asked.

Unlimited Free Revisions

Every drafted or reviewed document includes unlimited revisions at no extra charge within the original scope of your instructions. Ask for as many rounds as you need until the document says exactly what you want it to say. Most revision requests are turned around within hours, not days. Requests that expand the original scope (new parties, new claims, a different document type) are quoted separately before any work begins, so there are never surprise charges.

Error Correction, Forever

If a drafting error on our side ever comes to light, we correct it free of charge, at any time, even long after delivery and outside the 7-day window. Your document should be right for as long as you use it.

Individual Document Purchases

• Satisfaction guarantee requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• We revise the document, as many times as needed and at no extra cost, until it meets the agreed requirements.
• Questions about a charge or your billing go to support@legaltank.org, and our team will look into them with you directly.

Subscription Plans

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
• Cancel anytime: your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Billing questions about monthly or annual plans go to support@legaltank.org.

Professional Review Add-On

If you purchased a professional review and the review has not yet been completed, you may cancel it by contacting support@legaltank.org. Once the review and feedback have been delivered, the service is considered rendered. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the review, contact us and we will rework it at no extra cost until it meets the agreed scope.

Items Not Eligible for Cancellation

• E-signature transactions where all parties have already signed the document.
• Custom professionally drafted documents that have been completed and delivered per your specifications.

How to Use the Guarantee

To request a revision, cancel, or ask a billing question, email us at support@legaltank.org or use our contact form. Include your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 1 business day.
