Refund Policy

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a document purchased from Legal Tank, you may request a revision or a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. We will either revise the document to meet your requirements or refund the full purchase price — no questions asked.

Individual Document Purchases

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• We will first attempt to revise the document to meet your needs. If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund is issued.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Subscription Plans

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
• Refunds for the current billing period may be issued on a prorated basis at our discretion, based on usage.
• Annual plan subscribers who cancel within the first 30 days receive a full refund.

Attorney Review Add-On

If you purchased an attorney review and the review has not yet been completed, you may cancel for a full refund. Once the attorney has delivered their review and feedback, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the review, contact us and we will work to resolve the matter.

Non-Refundable Items

• E-signature transactions where all parties have already signed the document.
• Custom attorney-drafted documents that have been completed and delivered per your specifications.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@legaltank.org or use our contact form. Include your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 1 business day.
