6.1

6.2

Acceptance
7.1

Tenant's payment of the New Rent on or after the Effective Date shall constitute conclusive evidence of Tenant's acceptance of the terms set forth in this notice. If Tenant pays less than the New Rent after the Effective Date, Landlord may accept such partial payment without waiving Landlord's right to collect the full amount of the New Rent and any applicable late charges. Landlord's acceptance of partial payment shall not be deemed an accord and satisfaction or a waiver of any default under the Lease.

Governing Law
8.1

This notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Premises is located and the terms of the Lease.
